Until this goal is reached, we have a few different options for prospective and current partners alike, which are detailed below and in the subsequent program desctiptions.

The Partner Points Program is Vertical's vehicle for rewarding partners for their performance. Customer Care Center (CCC)
Vertical's Comdial Partner Program points are managed online through the Customer Care Center (CCC), an easy to use, secure website that can help you manage your account. Simple to understand statements report point deposits, withdrawals and balances. The CCC automates your account processes and delivers the information you need to manage all of your Vertical business.

The Partner Program is designed to help improve every partner’s bottom line. Enhanced customer service is an integral part of improving your business results. We reward higher performing business partners with priority access to technical support.  This reduces the time it takes to get answers to your questions so you can get your customers up and running faster. We pride ourselves on being able to support our partners with highly comprehensive product and customer support.

User-Friendly Sales Tools
Every qualifying partner can order a specific amouunt of collateral on a monthly basis at no charge. There are no pre-approval processes or customer service inquiries required. Collateral can be ordered online and is shipped to your location of choice.

Diversified Marketing Services
Vertical's national marketing initiative includes tradeshow participation, road shows, and sales promotions. These activities increase Vertical's brand recognition, making it easier for you to sell our solutions to both new and existing customers.

At Vertical, we view our Business Partners as an extension of our organization, acting as the front line to end-customers. As such, we have developed a Partner program that positions Partners to be successful in selling, installing and supporting Vertical products.  The Vertical Partner program is structured in a tiered format, with each Partner level having distinct expectations, requirements and incentives.  All Partners have access to a wide range of valuable training, technical, sales and marketing resources including:

We recognize that any organization that is planning to add new products to their portfolio must always face the dilemma of taking people out of the field to become trained and certified.  Through Vertical University, we provide a Web-based learning environment with on-demand training that virtually eliminates the necessity to travel and allows Partners to plan training around their schedule.  Additionally, we offer access to third-party certifications oriented toward sales people and technicians to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the broader telecommunications market.

Vertical University Overview

The new Vertical Business Partner program is designed with distinctly different sets of expectations, requirements and incentives for three levels of partners: Authorized, Preferred and Elite. Partners will be expected to meet new training and certification requirements through the new Vertical University training Program. Partners will also enjoy distinct marketing benefits at each level and will have the opportunity to realize improved margins through the new subscription program - Vertical Customer Assurance Program, or "VCAP" - and through the new Vertical Growth Kicker incentive program.
