CMS Adds Tight Integration With Artisoft TeleVantage 4.0, Enables Out-Of-The-Box Functionality

The native integration fully automates telephone-related tasks within CMS. Users can dial any contact in the system with a simple point and click. TeleVantage 4.0 also identifies contacts within CMS and automatically launches the appropriate screen, providing the caller with instant access to the contact's record.
